As the tea plants begin to develop young leaves, they are gently shaded for about one month to protect them from direct sunlight. This process allows the leaves to grow a deeper green color and develop a naturally rich flavor.

The tea leaves are then slowly stone-ground with care, creating a smooth matcha with a gentle umami taste, fresh aroma, and vibrant green color. Easy to enjoy and well balanced, this matcha is suitable for everyday use — even if you’re new to matcha.
