Introduction

All orders from LITTLE LEAF are shipped from Japan. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, wherever you are in the world. Our goal is to provide fast and reliable shipping so your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Please note that any orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Orders made during Japanese National Holidays will be fulfilled on the next available business day.

Backordered Items

Backordered items are temporarily out of stock but still available to purchase. When you place an order for a backordered product, we will restock it as soon as possible. This may lead to a slight delay of 1–2 business days in fulfilling your order.

Shipping Delays During High Volume Periods

Because we’re a small team, large volumes of orders can occasionally cause brief delays in shipping and processing. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times. We’re always working hard to get your orders out quickly and with care.

International Shipping

We provide shipping using Japan post international.

Please allow 3 to 12 business days for your package to be delivered if chosen EMS(Express). For E Packet(slower but cheaper), the timing can vary significantly but is usually around 10 business days; please allow up to 21 business days for delivery in rare cases.

Shipping Couriers

We primarily ship usingJapan Post International EMS or ePacket Light.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically in your local currency at checkout based on your total order value. We have a sliding scale system where higher value orders will have lower shipping fees, since we cover more of the shipping cost for higher value orders.

Shipping Availability

Shipping options may occasionally be limited based on current logistics conditions. We’ll keep you updated on any changes and aim to make all options available whenever possible.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

You may be asked to pay additional VAT, taxes or duties in order to accept your parcel, depending on your country's regulations. Please be aware that these fees are beyond our control and cannot be avoided.
