●About this
Honyama Organic Green Tea "N-15" is an original cultivar developed by Saito Tea Farm and was selected as one of the “Fujinokuni Mountain Tea 100” in 2024, recognizing outstanding teas from Shizuoka.
At Saito Tea Garden, tea is produced using a method known as “asamushi” (light steaming), in which the tea leaves are steamed for a very short time—about 20 seconds.
Because this gentle process does not break down the structure of the leaves, fewer nutrients are lost, resulting in a tea rich in naturally concentrated, high-quality extracts.
