Crafted with the tea farmer’s dedication, this is the only matcha produced in Shimizu.

In autumn, tiny white flowers bloom across the tea fields—dancing gently in the wind like 白拍子 "shirabyoshi", traditional Japanese performers dressed in pure white. Inspired by this beautiful scene, this matcha carries a soft green hue and a lingering natural sweetness that stays on the palate.
